Sausage Cheese Dip

When my husband and I first got married we did not eat in a super health-conscious manner all the time. We often ate entire dinners that consisted of nothing but cheesy, calorie-laden deliciousness (Buffalo Chicken Dip and Spinach Artichoke Dip were recurring contenders). This Sausage Cheese Dip would have been right up our alley. Let me rephrase that. It still is up our alley, but now we consume recipes like this in moderation. And not for dinner. But for parties? Bring it on. A friend brought this easy appetizer to a gathering a few weeks ago and my mind was blown. The flavor and the fact that I could not stop eating it blew my mind. It is super easy to make and it tastes so dang good when scooped up by salty tortilla chips. YUM, you guys, this is seriously YUM.
