We are still living in our RV and are currently parked in my in-laws driveway. We plan to give them a break from our antics soon, but we've enjoyed being here. They have kindly let us use their washer-dryer and their house is a fun distraction for the boys. Last week my mother-in-law found herself with an over-abundance of peaches and berries, so she offered them up. I saw those perfectly ripened peaches and the huge container of blueberries and knew just what I wanted to do. I transformed my no-fail Apple Crisp recipe into this delicious Peach Blueberry Crisp, which also contains blackberries because I couldn't resist.

This is such a fool-proof recipe and it is totally easy to throw together. I think it goes without saying that vanilla ice cream must be involved. Or whipped cream…or both!

Can I use Homemade Whipped Cream for this recipe?

Absolutely yes! If desired, spoon a dollop or two of Homemade Whipped Cream on top!

Peach-Topped Blueberry Cheesecake and Peach Crumble Bars are other ways to enjoy peaches and blueberries!

Have a great rest of your week! Here's hoping you all have fun end-of-summer plans before the leaves start to fall!
