Refreshing Raspberry Lemonade Recipe

Just 4 ingredients to put together this perfect fruity, refreshing drink! Juicing your own lemons and raspberries has an amazing aroma, you won’t be able to wait to get a cool glass in your own hand. This is the kind of drink to enjoy in the summer but don’t limit yourself! Plus, this Raspberry Lemonade is a kid-pleaser!

Can I use frozen raspberries if I can’t get fresh ones?

Yes, in a pinch, you could defrost frozen raspberries. I find they tend to be a little more tart than fresh ones, so sprinkle a little cane sugar or splenda over them and then puree.

In this same recipe, can other fruits be used other than raspberries?

Yes! You could puree any other fruit for a delicious lemonade combination.

If I didn’t want to wait an hour, could I add ice to my lemonade to chill it faster?

Yes, you could in a pinch. Keep in mind that it will dilute your lemonade however and that will change up the consistency.

Preparing to put a house on the market is CRAZY, people! I have been so consumed with fingernailing sticker remnants off of doors and scraping dust off the tops of my kitchen cabinets that I forget to do the important things like feed children lunch and take a shower. We have so much uncertainty in our near future and it's mildly unsettling but mostly exciting. Whatever unfolds, my boys and I are sticking together and we are embracing the unknown and the adventures that lie ahead.

Although lunch didn't get made, I was able to squeeze out a delicious drink for my boys. They LOVED this raspberry lemonade and asked for seconds and thirds. It was a thirst-quencher and super tummy-pleaser.

I love that this recipe requires so few ingredients and can be made quickly. Keep chilling time in mind, however, because the water that is added will be warm.

Also, if you use a juicer for the lemons, use 5-6 lemons instead of 8 or it will be too tart. If you are using a hand juicer, 8 lemons work perfectly.

A decision needs to be made: eat dinner or scrub doors? I'm going with dinner.

Enjoy the lemonade AND have a great start to your week, my friends! Thank you for being here!
