Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This hot Spinach Artichoke Dip is a party staple! Having your slow cooker will do all of the work for you makes it even better.

I had grand notions this week of compiling an amazing list of Super Bowl foods to share with you all. It turned out being a pretty crushing week and I haven't wanted to do much of anything. I am forcing my fingers to type out this post. The world lost an incredible little boy on Monday. My heart hurts so badly for our dear friends who are experiencing unfathomable pain. Please pray with me for the Roller family. They are by far the kindest, most giving family I have ever known. If giving is on your heart today, a campaign has been set up to help them through this time. I know they will appreciate every single dollar.

I have a spinach artichoke dip post in my archives that needed a makeover. You know how much I have been loving my crockpot, so I used that to make the dip even easier. I LOVED IT. Listen to me now, people. This dip absolutely has to adorn your Super Bowl party table, along with Beef Sliders, Pull-Apart Antipasto Bread and Buttery Ranch Mushroom Bites!

Toss the cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, mozzarella, artichokes, spinach (thawed), parsley, garlic salt, salt and pepper into a crockpot.

Cook on Low heat for 2 to 3 hours, or until creamy and hot.

If you want to make this more quickly, toss the same ingredients into a round baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Cherish every single day! Life is so fragile and precious. Wishing you all a wonderful week!
