Roasted Bell Peppers

This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy bell peppers! Red, orange, green and yellow varieties all turn out great. Enjoy as a side, snack or slice them for fajitas or a salad!

Roasted peppers are pretty. I think all food is pretty, though, hence my slight obsession with food photography. If you would like to make a batch of the beautiful roasted red peppers yourself, it is easy peasy! Pull out a knife and preheat your oven!

Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place the pepper halves onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the tops and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping the peppers over at the halfway mark.
